The Product Manager will be reporting directly to a Group Product Manager. The candidate will collaborate with the Group Product Manager on developing the marketing plans and leading execution on the Italian market, of one or more brand line products.

The Product Manager will be managing in autonomy all strategic and operative activities on the study, launch and management of current products, collaborating with local marketing and with Regulatory and Scientific department, Sales and Trade Marketing, to ensure the business objective achievement and meet market satisfaction for the products in charge.

Main responsibilities

  • Planning and executing ATL and BTL programs ( TV/Radio commercials, Digital campaign, Point of sales materials and activities, etc..) to support products and meet business objectives
  • Collaborating with International marketing and R&D, to innovation and new concept/products development
  • Owning and leading product packaging activities (artwork, labelling e claims), collaborating with Regulatory department and International marketing
  • Defining and leading qualitative/quantitative market research plans on the products in charge
  • Analyzing and measuring product performance and competition (sell-in/sell-out)
  • Interacting with sales force to present POP and medical detailing programs, developing materials that better support products on the point of sales and among HCPs
  • Setting products forecasts in collaboration with Demand department and Supply Chain, for a correct stock management
  • Collaborating with Regulatory department for all the regulatory aspects of the in charge products


  • Degree in Economics, marketing or communication or a related discipline preferably
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Excellent computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Minimum 3 years of professional business experience in Marketing, preferably within a multinational Company (Pharmaceutical Consumer or FMCG)
  • Strong team working skills
  • Excellent organizational skills/ability to manage and lead multiple projects in autonomy, excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Determination, positive and constructive attitude and enthusiasm are key elements to succeed in this role
